The Perimenopause Checklist – FREEBIE

“I must be in menopause or perimenopause?”

Over the past 15 years, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard this during initial visits. And most of the time, people are actually in perimenopause. This taught me that there’s SO much that we’re not taught about SO many aspects of reproductive health – and perimenopause and menopause is high on that list. (pssst: If you’re not sure, click here for the difference between perimenopause & menopause)

Many people don’t even think about peri/menopause – let alone talk about it – until they start getting hot flashes.

Others may have heard the horror stories of hot flashes from their sisters or moms.

Or worse, others may have heard absolutely nothing about it from their moms because who would dare talk about such “unladylike” things. (Sorry Asian fam, but we need to change this!)

However you found this article: Hello & welcome – you’re in the right place!

You deserve to know what to expect so you can make choices now and in the future that will can help you feel like the amazing person you are – through perimenopause, menopause and beyond!

You’re exactly why I created this checklist for – to start helping you think about this time of life and share what you may want to be on the lookout for.
