The skin heals best from the inside out. This means that while what we put on our skin is important, Dr. Odette believes we need to focus more on putting the right things into our body to encourage skin to heal. For the skin to heal completely, it needs the right nutrients, and often herbs and acupuncture to help decrease inflammation – and stress. A person with a skin condition – no matter what condition it is – is often under a high amount of stress, which is worsened because of their skin condition. Some of the skin conditions Dr. Odette has helped people improve include:

  • Eczema (dermatitis)
  • Acne rosacea (rosacea)
  • Acne vulgaris (common acne)
  • Psoriasis
