Fertility is more than just your reproductive health and that reproductive health is more than just wanting to get pregnant.
Fertility & reproductive health is about optimal physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. And I work with people to help optimize each of these areas so they can have their best chance of having a healthy baby - if they want to; live life to the fullest with periods that don't interrupt their life - even if they don't want to have kids; and transition to menopause feeling like the amazing humans they are (but with WAY less hot flashes!).
