She will work with you to identify the best ways to incorporate healthy living into your everyday life. For some people, it could include providing websites and smartphone apps that help you track your symptoms, goals and even remind you to take your supplements. For others, it may incorporate stress management techniques, affirmations or be providing a safe space for you to explore how your thoughts and emotions are impacting your health.
Based on your individual needs, Dr. Odette introduces you to different methods that make your transition to a healthier lifestyle as easy and enjoyable as possible.
